I forgot my passphrase. Can you recover my data?

If you forget your passphrase, you must uninstall and reinstall the app to start fresh. Your previous data cannot be recovered.

Does the app collect my data?

How do I delete my data?

You have several options:

  • Delete individual daily log entries from within the app
  • Delete entire period records from within the app
  • Delete all data at once via Settings > Delete All Data
  • Uninstall the app to remove all stored data

How do I transfer my data to a new device?

Use the database export feature in Settings > Export Database. This creates an encrypted backup file you can transfer to your new device and import via Settings > Import Database. Your passphrase is required to access the imported data.
